The Royal Trek (05 Days/04 Nights)
Today fly from kathamndu to Meghauly where you are transferred by elephant or Land Rover to the Jungle Lodge. Remainder of day at leisure. Evening slide shows and talk on the flora and fauna of Chitwan.
Day 01: Kathamandu/Pokhara
Depart Kathmandu by air or road for the Pokhara Valley. Your trek commences from outside Pokhra and leads up on to a ridgeline through Bahun and Chettri villages. The first night campsite overlooks the entire Pokhra Valley which includes Machapuchare (Fishtail) the mightly Annapurna range, in fact, mountain peaks as far as the eye can see.
Day 02: Pokhara Valley
After a hearty breakfast, continue the trek. Plenty of time to see, photograph and explore the countryside. Overnight camp is near Lipane Village.
Day 03: Pokhara Valley
Relax and explore the nearby village of Chisapani.
Day 04: Pokhara
Trek terminates in Pokhra mid afternoon. Overnight spent at the Lakeside Camp.
Day 05: Pokhara/Kathmandu
Depart Pokhara by air or road for Kathmandu where your tour terminates.
